The augmentation of risk of occurrence of spontaneous abortions at women already after the first artificial abortion in 1,83 times and its growth depending on quantity of artificial abortions is noted. It is defined, that among the genesial losses which were taking place in 24,0 % of women after artificial abortion spontaneously abortions became perceptible at 12,0 %, the stood pregnancy - in 8,0 %, tubal pregnancy - at 4,0 % of women.At patients with the broken generative function the sterility fact, instead of presence of an episode of an artificial abortion in the anamnesis is dominating over the somatic reasons of a pathology and influences indicators of quality of a life. At patients with the sterility, arisen after artificial abortion essential disturbance of a microbiocenosis of a vagina (two-three componental associations pathological florae - 78,8 %, virus occupation in 60,0 %, and also disturbances of a condition of an immune and hormonal homeostasis is noted. Carrying out of the comparative analysis of surgical and medicamental methods of an abortion has proved 92,0 % efficiency of a medicamental method. The nearest complications made 8,0 %. Satisfaction the given method of discontinuing was stated by 82,0 % and agree to apply this method in the following of 89,0 % of women that has allowed to draw a conclusion, that the medicamental method is a method of a choice for an abortion on early terms. The carried out researches of a current of pregnancy and sorts at women, who had artificial discontinuing of the first pregnancy, have shown, that abortion threat was observed in 30,0 %, placental dysfunction at 18,0 %, an operative delivery at 30,0 % of women that demands reference to group of risk of the given contingent of women. After the transferred abortion presence of pathological changes in structures of endometrium in the form of polyps of endometrium, a simple and complex not atypical hyperplasia of endometrium which can have negative influence on maturing of endometrial structures for the first time is revealed, causing abnormal blastocyst implantation or and lead to reproductive damage causing a pathology of implantation of a blastocyste or miscarriage to pregnancy and to lead to genesial losses. Thus, researches have shown negative influence of an artificial abortion on genesial health of women so necessity of carrying out of preventive maintenance of pyoinflammatory diseases by application of antibacterial therapy is proved that is fixed in ORDER of Health Ministry of Ukraine from 31.12.2010 N 1177 "About the statement of the clinical report" the Complex help at undesirable pregnancy ".
