Object of research: a study conducted in 533 pregnant women with threatened preterm labor. The aim of this work: to reduce the frequency of early and late preterm delivery by developing prevention and treatment of threats to abortion, improving the fetus to increase survival of babies born in different periods of gestation, based on the specification of conditions and mechanism of early and late preterm birth. Methods: clinical, endocrinological, molecular biological, serological, immunological, instrumental, biochemical, statistics. Equipment: gamma-counter "Gamma-12" Tablet photometer Multiscan Plus, spectrophotometer "Specol-11", kardiotokohraf "Bionet FC 1400" apparatus for ultrasound "Aloka-2000". As a result of the identified conditions, especially the initiation, progress early (22-27 weeks) and late (28-36 weeks) preterm delivery, pre-and perinatal period. On the basis of the studies were formed at-risk women for preterm delivery occurrence. The results appeared basis for developing a complex of preventive and therapeutic measures aimed at the prevention of premature birth. In the developed method were treated 285 pregnant women, yaks had risk factors for preterm delivery who were under supervision in the department of scientific problems of miscarriage during the 2010-2011 Analysis Released pregnancy and childbirth in this group of women showed that the introduction of a recommended set of health preventive measures possible to completely get rid of early preterm delivery and significantly reduce the number of late preterm delivery (-4.3%). Perinatal mortality in this group of women was 0.34%, in contrast to 0.239% - in women who were on conventional therapy of premature birth. The research can recommend the complex of treatment and prevention measures for active implementation in practice of all obstetric institutions of our country.
