The most effective method for the transfection of cultured mammalian cells was determined: transfection efficacy while using polyethylenimine reached 75%. Non-toxic doses of different DNA/transfection agent preparions were determined by their testing in cytotoxicity. Vizualization of genes expression in vitro was performed with the help of marker fluorescent proteins. This model was used for determination of the theraupetic effect dependence from the dose of recombinant DNA carrying human preproinsulin gene preparation.
