The technology that will dominate the new sixth of technology and selected technological areas having potential for significant global impact by 2020 are given. The review of the state and prospects of development of space industry worldwide is contained. There is given the comparative analysis of some systems of remote sensing. The methodology of scenario analysis as a prediction problem solving decision making for complex systems with human factor concerning their possible behavior in the future is contained. There is grounded the priority for Ukraine trend associated with remote sensing. The most priorities for use of space remote sensing data for GIS using the methodology of technological foresight are identified. The results indicate that agriculture and the ecology have the greatest demand on the space remote sensing data in comparison with other studied areas of business. There is constructed the progressive scenario of the future development of remote sensing in agriculture.
