Aim - the study and substantiation of theoretical problems in the formation of economical mechanism of additional value and processing of major oil crops. Result - on the basis of the analysis of dynamics in the volumes of major oil crops production and selling, economic studies made by outstanding scientists it has been assessed and substantiated that sunflower hybrids the oil of these has an oleic acid (60-70%), with a palmetic asid and new soybean varieties which have higher nitrogen - fixsing ability, disease resistance, protein content - 42-44%, are widely - spread in our country. The analysis of economical outcomes from the realization of major oil crops by processing enterprises show the advantage of sunflow production with an increase of profitable level by 74%.
