The object of the research is the mechanism of the financial adjusting of ecologically oriented activity of economic subjects in an agrarian sphere. The results of research and their novelty include system research and deepening of theoretical, methodical and practical principles of the financial adjusting of ecologically oriented activity of economic subjects, in particular in an agrarian sphere. Categorical aspects, purpose, tasks and principles of ecologically oriented activity of economic subjects in agrarian industry are specified. The complex analysis of theoretical and practical problems and prospects of realization ecologically oriented activity is conducted. On the basis of the conducted analysis, scientific and practical approaches to the forming of effective mechanism of the financial adjusting of ecological and economic relations on the different levels of making decision can be offered.
