The purpose of research is theoretical and methodological analysis of processes of Euroregional cooperation between Ukraine and the development of a conceptual model of institutionalization. During the first phase of the research from a philosophical point of view the research on patterns of development of integration processes and their theoretical and methodological framework in the context of current philosophical and geopolitical concepts has been analysed . The place and role of Ukraine's Euroregional cooperation in structure of the integration process is asserted, its institutional support, grounded ways of cooperation in accordance with the main priorities of foreign and domestic policy. The tendencies of integration processes in the formation of European educational area. Analysis of national and international research on patterns of integration processes is made, particularly in the formation of the European educational space, and summarizes current scientific studies of the problem. The main result of the first phase of research is scientific and technical products: two collective monographs "The philosophy of integration," "Integration into the European educational area: achievements, problems and prospects" and the collection of scientific papers "Geopolitics of Ukraine: History and Modernity" after the materials of international scientific conference. The field of application is training of specialists and experts to implement the state policy on European integration, including integration into common European educational area, development of elements of teaching software.
