A working model of diagnostic and expert complex for reliability and fracture risk assessment of the critical pipelines systems of long-term operation, which based on modern ultrasonic flaw detector УД4-76 in combination with a portable PC is developed. Engineering set up of complex and verification of its operation in laboratory conditions for detection and assessment of potential danger of corrosion and mechanical defects in the pipes elements have been done.
