Purpose of work is complex research condensing heating steam pipelines, improve reliability and service life of pipelines with damping elements. To achieve the objectives have been formulated and solved the following problems: a complex research of the condition pipeline heating steam condensate and calculation of damping elements in order to provide recommendations to improve the exploitation safety of nuclear power plants.In the investigation methods were used, based on the fundamental of the strength theory and statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results of a complex research of the technical condition of pipelines, analysis and evaluation of vibration condition pipelines, the calculation of damping elements provide guidance on the installation of the pipeline damping elements condensing heating steam deaerator blocks № 2 South-Ukrainian NPP. Scientific novelty: is the development of complex scientific and methodical management of the provisions of technical condition of nuclear piping systems. The effectiveness of the implementation consists in the fact that the theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations can be used to increase the efficiency the productive capacity of businesses in the area of nuclear energy.
