Regional features of their seasonal and interannual variability are installed and their influence on repeatability and intensity of the dangerous and spontaneous phenomena of weather is revealed: strong snowfalls, sticking of sleet, complex adjournment, glaze, a blizzard, dust storm, a wind, squall, a tornado, a rain, a shower, a hailstones. The analysis of seasonal and interannual variability of repeatability of these phenomena in Ukraine is lead, their regional features and factors causing these changes are revealed. Criteria of intensity convection for territory of Ukraine are specified. Features of development convection are revealed at various spontaneous convection phenomena of weather and necessary conditions for occurrence of shower, hail, squall, tornado in Ukraine are established. Application of these criteria in forecast regional numerical models will allow to increase accuracy of forecasts dangerous and spontaneous convection phenomena of weather and to reduce a share of uncertainty at forecasting type of the phenomenon. For the first time average long-term monthly values of parameters of intensity convection for Ukraine, their average square-law deviation, the maximal and minimal values are received. Also the "Climatic Cadastre of Parameters Intensity Convection in Ukraine " is created.
