The main results of the work are follows: for any Lipschitz non-autonomous nonlinear system it was found the exact upper limits of amplitudes of periodic oscillations, expressed by the corresponding Lipschitz constant. For the first time with the help of the Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations the bound problem of aerodynamics and Darrieus and Savonius wind turbine rotors dynamics was solved. It allows to estimate energy characteristics of wind turbine rotors, with consider of the influence of Reynolds number, geometry of the rotors and speed-ratio coefficient. Impeller wind turbine with piezogenerator powered by cyclic deformation of the ring which covers the rotor. Mechanical properties of PbS1.8Se alloy for manufacturing of cast shunts, lead - calcium alloy PbCa0.1Sn0.3 and produced from it bands for perforated negative electrodes of energy storage batteries were investigated. Experimental examples of autonomous wind turbines with the power of 20 kW with energy storage batteries were designed and manufactured.
