Mental health condition of the population RCA, according to the averages in GHQ-28 somatization scale , anxiety, social dysfunction and depression scales tend to improve in the dynamics 1999-2010 years and in 2008-2010 was not significantly different from the mental health condition of the population CCA. In the research area the indicators of primary disease has tend to increase for the period 2000-2010 for RCA-25.0%, at CCA - by 20.0%. Improved social well-being, reduced subjective perception of radiation risk influence the formation of orientation and preventive behavior of the population.
