Vernadsky University popup.description2 The main aim of this project is the investigation and simulation of the physical properties of ABO3 crystals which are principal for practice. The theory of the surface magnetism of FeBO3 is proposed which is a good accordance with experimental data. The effect of magnetic birefringence of the sound in these crystals. The theory of magnetoacoustic birefringence is modified for the case of mechanic strenght of the different symmetry. It is proposed the technology of the synthesis of the crystal of FeBO3 family and the series of hte crystals was synthesized. The computerized devise for the investigation of electric properties of dielectric matherialsin the temperature range (250-450) was midified for the possibility of providing the measurements under ultralow velocity of the temperature changing. The temperature dependence of electric conductivity and pyroelectric coefficient is investigated for the ferroelectric crystals BaTiO3, LiNbO3:Mg and alpha -LiIO3 pyroelectric, the peculiarities of Mg2+ ion localization in LiNbO3 structure is investigate too. It is shown experimentally that the high temperature phase transition in BaTiO3 have a mixed character. The position of OH- groups is founded for the cubic phase of BaTiO3, the influence of the temperature on the stoichiometric LiNbO3 structure is predicted for T<300K.
