According to certification data, the obtained powders satisfy the requirements of the manufacturing technology of multilayer capacitors. The optimal conditions of the formation of BaTiO3 composite films were determined. An extreme dependence of the packing density of modified BaTiO3 surfactant particles in the matrix of polymeric film-forming material, namely, film butyral resin, on the composition of BaTiO3 suspension, its viscosity, parameters of formation, and features of structural self-organization in the preparation of films of set thickness was obtained. The technology of formation of composite BaTiO3 films for multilayer composites was developed, and fims 5-170 micrometers thick were prepared. Under laser irradiation of the Al2O3 + Сr2O3 system, textured multilayer coatings were obtained. Composite film materials were obtained in the process of electrochemical deposition in acetonitrile, acrylonitrile, and adiponitrile solutions at a voltage of an electric field up to 2300 V/cm at different polarity of an counter electrode .
