Are analyzed such phenomenas of the post-industrial reality as multiculturalism, tolerance, justice, freedom of self-expression, etc. Are revealed the specificity of socio and cultural progress taking place in transforming societies, are investigated the contradictions springing up in the process of conflict of preciding and new system of values, are designated the tendencies in the sphere of socio and cultural orientations, are proposed the possible ways of overcoming of above – mentioned crisis phenomenons.
