In frames of the project the technical documentation for the die was revised, the die was made and tested on the electrohydraulic press of IPPT. The novelty and importance of the conducted work is making and implementation of the new die for the technological process of electrohydraulic forming of high-precision box-shape aluminum parts, which allows for stabilization of their shape and sizes due to efficient stress relief in the process of pulse loading. Comparative tests of existing constructions and the improved die are conducted, and recommendations on its use in the production are prepared.
