An aim of the work is to develop the method of calculation of fatigue life of surfaced members under operational thermomechanical loading. Theoretical investigations were carried out on the base of mechanics of growing nonhomogeneous viscoplastic bodies. Iterative and time step methods as well as finite element method were used for numerical modeling. Numerical modeling of currant and residual stress-strain state of hot rolling's roll under simultaneous temperature and mechanical cycle loading was carried out. Average and amplitude data concerning stress and strain fields were used to estimate fatigue life and resource of rolls.
