Karazin popup.description2 The subject of investigation is plasma beam systems. The purpose of the work is carrying out the complex investigations of charged particles and waves interaction with substance and intensive science technologies on its base development. In result of experimental investigations they were carried out the spectra of transition radiation generated by electron bunches at their flaying through the diaphgrams of different geometry and the double ones. It was theoretically established, that the direction of induced current sufficiently defined by the diaphgrams ground point setup. In result of theoretical and experimental investigations it was shown, that the intensive glow in the crossover plate of focused beam of Hall ion source with ballistic and magnetic focusing is caused by electrons confined in potential well created by focused beam. On the base of well-known mechanisms analysis of light generation which appears at metals bombarding by charged particles it was cleared, that to composition of silver ion-luminescence radiation the radiation enters which generation has not been observed and identified yet. The frequency of this radiation is corresponded to the volume plasmon frequency in silver. It was shown, that using metal-hydride cathode allows controlling the ionozation processes in discharge volume. The level of initial saturation affects on the most probable energy of paraxial ion group which come on metal-hydride cathode. Reducing of metal-hydride initial saturation with hydrogen leads to increasing of the most probable ion energy and to decreasing of the maximum on ion energy distribution curve.
