A new conception and methodology of the GMDH application for construction of systems for two-level forecasting models of dynamics of multidimensional cyclic-nonstationary processes are developed. A new double-criterion method of after-determination of optimal model choice is developed. An original method of integral evaluation and prediction of the state of complex multidimensional processes is developed. A new iterative algorithm GMDH architecture relaxation type with recurrence estimation procedures and automatic optimal formation of successive polynomial models is developed.
