Purpose of the work - studying the process for co obtaining amorphous silicon dioxide and alternate thermal energy due to the thermochemical processing of rice production waste in the dynamic conditions, and definition of physical and chemical principles of this process; improvement and process optimization of milling plant materials. Research methods: theoretical and experimental studying and compilation of essential regularities of the processes by using of testing methods for thermodynamic calculations, microscopic and sieve analysis and thermometry.The possibility of obtaining thermal energy during the thermochemical processing rice waste production and intermediate raw materials based on them was confirmed. An estimate of energy potential of these processes was made. Technological conditions of processes at which in the course of thermooxidative managed burning of plant material, formed silicon dioxide remains in the amorphous state were determined. Lower and upper limits of mass ratio of raw materials and air at which the temperature of transformation zone does not reach a sufficient level for the crystallization of silica were determined. A constructive refinement of the existing model of impact mill was conducted for the crushed material yield of a narrow dispersion, decrease thermal emissions and energy consumption.Field of use: DG 24.66.0 - production of other chemical products for industrial purposes.
