The geosynchronous orbital elements are obtained for 12 SO. Hardware and software were created to determine the slant range of geosynchronous SO on the correlation of the satellite TV signals. An accuracy of determining the differences is 7.4 m. 105 registrations of meteoric phenomena with size of (0.5-4.5)° and brightness of (1-5)m in the optical range were received. The software to analyze changes in time of ionosphere perturbation on slope sounding data using B-spline is implemented .
