Aim of research - is the increasing of efficiency of the EC measurement and quality control process for electric vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle. Methods and apparatus of research - the theoretical practical methods, which were based on the impedance spectroscopy for the increase of the measurement accuracy by means of digital parameterization of the EC electrical parameters taking into consideration the frequency dispersion, electrical nonlinearity and transient processes. The computer modeling methods in the LTSPICE IV, MathCAD and MatLab were widely used. During the researches the following equipment was used: the digital signal processing kits TMS320VC5510 of the Texas Instruments Co. Ltd. (USA), the digital oscilloscopes and modern computer complexes. The EC nonlinear mathematical model with the frequency parameter dispersion was developed for the first time. The EC dissipation factor expression was obtained. The EC nonlinear mathematical model based on the topology of the equivalent circuit with the distributed parameters was improved. The new impedance parameterization method was proposed. The analytical expressions of the methodological errors, which are conditioned by the mathematical model inadequacy for the real EC, for the EC electrical parameters determining were obtained. The analytical expressions of the multiplicative error component were obtained and the ways of their decreasing on the measurement accuracy of the EC electrical parameters at the alternative current were established. The analytical expression of the transient process current was obtained and it was pointed that for the measurement accuracy increasing it is necessary to take into consideration the features of the transient process by means of time delay.
