Development of methodology for determining the vibration-free cutting conditions, taking into accounts the dynamic characteristics and details of the cutting process. The results obtained in the study patterns and causes of the fluctuations as well as practical techniques for their suppression, when terminal milling flexible workpiece can fundamentally solve the problem of ensuring the quality of their treatment. The scope of application of our results is aero-engine company and tool manufacture.
