These ways are based on a synthesis and application of new type of functional oligoperoxides, their co-ordinated complexes with cations of transitional (inclusive with rare-earth) metals for the controlled synthesis of sectional, comb-like oligoelectrolites or their nanogels, and also for the matrix synthesis of functional polymers and polymer-mineral nanoparticles. The created nanosized systems were tested for delivery of anticancer drugs both in vitro and in vivo. It was found that the use of oligomeric carrier VA-MANG-MP and VEP-GMA for delivery of anticancer druig doxorubicin to tumorcells was able to reduce effective concentration of this very toxic drug in 10 times. A similar effect was also observed on also in vivo studies on murine NK/Ly lymphoma. Lectin-conjugated nanoparticles which can be vizualived by physical methods were investigated as biomarkers for visualization of pathological cells.
