The main goal of research is building and proving mathematical models, methods, algorithms and providing complex theoretical and experimental researches of behavior and optimum designing of constructions in conditions of damages accumulation, corrosion degradation, openings, changes of material characteristics and other nonuniforms, and developing methods of load-caring ability prediction, choosing optimal parameters and decreasing material capacity. Methods of research are analytical, numerical and experimental deformed solid mechanical methods. New mathematical models of non-uniform constructions with damages are obtained, such as elements of road and shell constructions and plates with openings under aggressive environment influence (corrosion degradation) and thermal -stress loads in time; massive elastic bodies with cracks in conditions of contact dynamic loads; non-uniform bones massive with damages and imitations. Complex experimental researches of behavior and decreasing of load-caring ability of shells in conditions of damages accumulation as chaotically disposed and oriented cuts, openings with different size, number and replace due to mechanical loads are presented. The new feature of work is in results of fundamental investigation with new mathematical models, methods, algorithms. The main science result of the work consists of building correct mechanical, mathematical and optimization models of deformed solid mechanical problems, methods, algorithms, data of experiments of behavior of non-uniform constructions in conditions of damages accumulation, corrosion degradation and wide spectrum of material physics-mechanical characteristics. The main practical result of work consists of ability to use basic results for predicting failure, decreasing material capacity in real load-carrying elements of constructions in machine-building, building, metallurgical, mining, medicine and other branches of industry.
