Their substantial role is set in formation of dense networks of internal (regional) and external connections on cultural-genetic, ethnocultural, commodity-exchange levels. The conducted research proves that contact processes in the discussed region during Paleometal Age are characterized by dependence on the difficult interlacings of very various factors. The relations between the settled and mobile groups, farmers and cattle breeders played important role among the above-mentioned factors. The conditions of contact area promoted the appearance on the south-west of Ukraine of extraordinarily bright cultural formations in the Vth IIth mill. B.C.
