Studied and implemented methods of realization of videosurgical operations at the patients from surgical diseases are introduced; the indications to videosurgical operations, technique of realization of a surgical intervention are formulated; the methods of improvement of a surgical hemostasis are developed with the purpose of the prevention of an operational bleeding during a surgical intervention; are developed and the methods of improvement of a drainage of a stomach are introduced; the introduction of modern videosurgical technologies for diagnostics and treatment of the hematological patients from surgical diseases, which become alternative to "open" operations due to a small trauma, will frame the best prospect of efficiency and profitability of treatment, will reduce time of stay of the patient in a hospital and postoperative aftertreatment, will improve quality and comfort of life of the patient.
