Aim of the research: optimizing of diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and some infectious factors associated with internal diseases. On the basis of clinical examination and laboratory results in 1502 patients with cardiovascular, respiratory and gastrointestinal systems diseases, prognostic and diagnostic value of initial parameters of lipid, carbohydrate and protein metabolism and function of the liver and kidney were established. A number of metabolic parameters that are essential for the progression of this pathology was established. Past research suggests that some biochemical parameters are not used in full in clinical settings, because it does not take into account their prognostic significance for determining the course of internal diseases. Assessment of the impact of standard treatment by beta-blockers, aspirin, statins, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, antibiotics and magnetic physiotherapy for major metabolic parameters was done on the basis of thorough scientific analysis of modern literature and investigations in patients with internal diseases in clinical settings.
