The scanning protocols for optimal evaluation of liver local blood flow and multicirculation in patients with malignant and benign neoplasm were developed on the basis of complex multiphase scanning and MDCT-perfusiongraphy. US-investigation standard protocols with distant US-palpation method for the optimal evaluation of liver neoplasm viscoelastic qualities were developed. The liver normal perfusion and elasticity control indices in healthy persons were determined. The blood circulation in pathologic foci of malignant and benign nature wit MDCT-perfusiongraphy was studied. Viscoelastic qualities of malignant and benign liver neoplasm with distant US-palpation were studied. The investigation of patients with malignant and benign liver neoplasm demonstrated possible differences of share wave rate and MDCT-perfusiongraphy parameters.
