Regarding 1 method of calculation is based on the analysis of power efficiency of different subsystems of heating, including control of power losses and power consumption for each subsystem of system of heating (allocation of heat, hydraulic distribution, saving and heat generation). Regarding 2-1 the structure of a method of calculation of power efficiency (thermal losses of system and power consumption) process of allocation of heat by system of heating is defined, and also the necessary entrance and target data for calculations for the purpose of maintenance of the European design procedure is standardised. Regarding 2-3 it is defined a method of calculation of power efficiency of process of hydraulic distribution by heating system.
