Research purpose - to improve the results of the combined treatment of patients with melanoma and soft tissue sarcoma of high degree of risk a way development of new and improvements of existent methods of neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapy. Research methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological, statistical, computer tomogarf Somatom 4 Plus, magnetic-resonance tomograph of Magnetom, a gammatherapeutic vehicle "Rokus". A chart, which foresees application for patients by the melanoma of skin with the regional metastases of neoadjuvant interferonotherapy with subsequent treatment on a chart, to foreseen in operating national standards, is developed. For patients with the primary-localized melanoma of skin in addition to standart postoperative therapy by rekombinant alpha-2b-interferon method of hypodermic introduction by rekombinant gamma-interferon. The operating three-component chart of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (vinkristin, doksorubicin, cyclophosphan) for patients with soft tissue sarcoma was complemented by preparat of dakarbazin - anti-tumour preparat from the pharmacological group of alkylatings agents, which positively did in the charts of treatment of sick with advanced soft tissue sarcomas. On the developed methods treatment is conducted 118 patients. It is set that the indicated methods are satisfactorily carried patients and does not cause the substantial protracted complications.
