Object of investigation is ecosystems of the Khadzhibeysky estuary (of area of the river, aquatorium, channel "estuary-sea", the station of bioscrubbing is "North"). A purpose of work is estimate the constituents of water balance of the Khadzhibeysky estuary for long-term period, to carry out a scenario design at different terms of his functioning and develop the scientifically-grounded recommendations on maintenance satisfactory hydrological and the hydrochemical states of estuary. Methods of investigation are an estimation of natural and anthropogenic factors of the water-salt mode of estuary; statistical analysis of data on sinking and water in an estuary and their distributing levels; calculation of annual water balances of the Khadzhibeysky estuary; scenario design of operating of estuary conditions. Results and novelty - modern of the Khadzhibeysky estuary annual water balances are expected for period from 1960 to 2010, the scenario design of water-salt balance and mode of estuary is executed at different terms functioning, the volumes of silting-up of reservoir are appraised for the last 35 years, developed recommendation on renewal of the favourable water-salt mode for the maintainance of the ecological state and natural resources of estuary. Recommendation for the use of results of work - a method and results of scenario design of the water-salt mode of the Khadzhibeysky estuary is offered for the practical using for drafting of prognoses of changes of levels and salinity of water, to development of measures on arrangement of adjusting of river flow and water exchange of estuary with the Black sea on a channel "estuary-sea", and also at development and implementation of the government program on renewal of the favourable water-salt mode and maintainance of the ecological state and natural resources of estuary.
