Regimes of cultivation on the plant substrates from waste products of agriculture and forestry, the processing industry were developed. The biotechnology of their cultivation were audited by mushroom farms in Ukraine and Belarus. New biotechnology allow to get in an industrial environment a high yield of fruit bodies on elected substrates: Lentinus edodes - up to 40%; Flammulina velutipes - up to 50% and Hericium erinaceus - up to 32%.
