For the first time the structure nanostructures formations cationic surfactant - polyelectrolyte is established and the interrelation most favourable on stereo factors of structure mixed аadsorption layers and parameter of interpartial interaction cationic surfactant - nonionic surfactant with maximal isolation cationic surfactants from multicomponent water solutions is found out. The new method of calculation of standard free energy by Gibbs of adsorption newformations is chosen under different conditions of adsorption that is necessary for lines of technological processes, in particular adsorption-flotational technologies of water purification. The simple technique of drawing up synergetic of surfactants mixes for their use is offered as a basis of washing-up liquids of wide purpose.
