Films grown in this manner, demonstrate the increasing of microhardness with increasing aluminum content in the coatings in the studied range of atomic concentrations. Radiation-stimulated twinning in fullerite C60 films irradiated with argon ions of low energies experimentally determined and the mechanism of dislocation-free plastic deformation twinning fullerite have been considered.
