The sectored structure of the target compound cathode, which changes the ratio of the areas of metal surfaces by spraying has been tested. Thus, we can regulate the flow of aluminum and titanium atoms on the substrate. Films grown in this manner, demonstrate the increasing of microhardness with increasing aluminum content in the coatings in the studied range of atomic concentrations. Radiation-stimulated twinning in fullerite C60 films irradiated with argon ions of low energies experimentally determined and the mechanism of dislocation-free plastic deformation twinning fullerite have been considered.
