Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 In results of investigation of ecolological and biological peculiarities of mycelia and fruit bodies growth of new for Ukraine and Byelorussia edible and medicinal species Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes, Hericium erinaceus on different substrates - waste of food industry, forest and agricultural economy was demonstrated that fruit bodies of H. erinaceus were better formed on beech sawdust with maize meal. It was recommended to cultivate L. edodes on oak sawdust with wheat bran ( 4:1), wheat straw with sunflower husk (1:1) or grapse waste. It was investigated that wheat straw or ash tree sawdust or sunflower husk with wheat bran ( 3:1) were optimal substrates for F. velutipes fructification.
