Developed tools for structural-parametric identification of CuIn5X8 (XS, Se, Te) high-resistivity photosensitive compounds. They are based on a natural decomposition of the dynamic structure of photoresponse thought its transforming into the 1st and 2nd order signatures. Comparing them with the accepted etalon configurations allows to realize express - identifying of the SuIn5S8, SuIn5Se8, CuIn5Te8 compounds, and further identification of compounds is carried out by the components parameters and the partial contributions of the dynamic photoresponse structure. It is shown that the area of photoresponse 1-st order signature can be represented by a subset of dynamic microstate, the distribution of which in the phase plane statistically reflects the ordering of its dynamic structure and its entropy. From the configuration of photoresponse 2nd order signature the constituent parameters of its power structure are determined. It is shown that the area of photoresponse signatures can be represented the subset of energy microstates, the power of which reflects their space-time ordering. On this basis the universal indexes of order and balance of the photoresponse dynamic structure by means of which the quality of compounds CuIn5X8 (XS, Se, Te) can be determined.
