It is found that for the rational use of gene pool of animals in the system of their conservation and production it is necessary to use nanomaterials on the basis of highdispersion silica. Nanomaterials provide optimization of media in technology of long-term storage of gene pool of agricultural animals at cellular level is which increasing of activity of spermatozoa at 10 - 20 %, level in vitro of forming embryos at 13,6 %. Technology will be applied within the framework of implementation of the National project of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine "Recovered cattle breeding" in part of increasing of population of breeds of our country and will provide an economic effect in cost reducing of cryoconserved genetic resources and increasing of level of offspring receiving. Work results are the constituents of implementation during the nearest years of tasks of integral scientific methodology, government program of actions concerning the conservation of biodiversity of stock-breeding of Ukraine. The worked out technology concerns the industry of agriculture, namely biotechnologies in animal-breeding conservation of gene pool. Product Description popup.authors Галаган Н.П. Зюзюн А.Б.
