The principal factors, determining the high values of piezoelectric parameters of PZT, are defined. The methods of ceramic materials based on potassium niobate, sodium and sodium-bismuth titanate are analyzed. There are discussed the results of investigations of the mechanisms and kinetics of solid state reactions for the next compounds and solid solutions: (Na0, 5Bi0, 5) TiO3 - (K0, 5Bi0, 5) TiO3, Bi4Ti3O12, [(Na, K) 0,5 Bi0, 5; Ba] TiO3 , (Na0, 5Bi0, 5) ZrO3,, [(Na0, 25K0, 25) Bi0, 5] ZrO3, (Na0, 5Bi0, 5) 0,8 Ba0, 2ZrO3, (Na0, 5Bi0, 5) (Ti0, 7Zr0, 3) O3. The optimal technological parameters for fabrication of samples for studies of phase transitions and identify areas of stability of different dipole-ordered states are obtained.
