Objective: To analyze the theoretical and methodological approaches to control the operation of STDHE, development of information technology for monitoring the status and functioning models of STDHE. Methods: systems analysis, mathematical modeling, graph theory, set theory, information modeling tools CASE, theoretical foundations of applied thermophysics and hydrodynamics. Result is information technology, monitoring and analysis of the functioning of the integrated model STDHE and coolant flow distribution in the network. Recommendations on the use of the work: on the basis of the proposed models and information technology can be implemented to improve the mechanism of regulation of heat flow distribution on the basis of monitoring the operation of district heating network engineering. Applications: thermal power utility companies, for monitoring of thermal energy consumed in the budgetary institutions and enterprises with a centralized heating system. The significance of the work and conclusions can provide information support management decision making to regulate the flow distribution in the network engineering to ensure a comfortable climate in dwellings with a reasonable cost.
