Dependences are presented for the calculation of coefficients of heat emission on the surfaces of details of cylinder of steam-turbine. A programmatic complex "KTO_TURBO" is worked out for calculation determination of these coefficients, that is used as basic data for a programmatic complex "SWAN" for determination of the temperature fields, thermal deformations and mutual thermal moving of details of cylinder. Possibilities of complexes of the programs are demonstrated at determination of the enumerated descriptions CVP turbines К-325-23,5 Оpen Сorporation "Тurboаtоm".
