High schools compelled to struggle both for the market of suppliers, and for the market of consumers of production. Formation forms an intellectual, cultural, spiritual condition of a society therefore improvement of quality of educational services of high school is considered as a strategic target within the limits of the state problems. One of ways of improvement of quality of educational processes of HIGH SCHOOL is applications national тандарта Ukraine ДСТУ-П IWA 2:2007 (Настанови щодо застосування ISO 9001:2000 в сфері освіти) which gives installations to the organisations which deliver educational products to help them to introduce a productive control system of quality which satisfies requirements ISO 9001:2000. That СМК promoted regular increase of profitability of the enterprise, it is necessary to adjust the account and the analysis of expenses on quality maintenance. Creation of system of the administrative account of expenses on quality is a domestic concern of each company. It is necessary to include in structure of such system: principles of the account of expenses on quality; classification of the specified expenses with a view of decision-making of management of them and accounting of "quality cost"; techniques of the account of expenses on quality with use of the different lines of thought adequate to modern theories of management; techniques of the account of shortage in different systems of accounting for the purpose of management несоответственно production. The market gain is promoted by accounting of the cost price of production taking into account its quality. Modern control systems of quality are created, first of all, with a view of maintenance of competitiveness of production. In the conditions of uncertainty of the competitive market environment which raises, different risks of commodity producers grow. At the analysis of level of the markets usually use economic statistical and mathematical calculations.
