The choice of base settlement programs is proved. The new approach is developed for definition full enthalpy of the initial domestic waste (DW) and products of the domestic waste recycling technologies. On the basis of the analysis of literary data the conclusion is drawn, which lowest working warmth of combustion of DW is better approximated by the D.I. Mendeleev formula. The technique is developed, which allows to count thermal characteristics of the process (temperature and heat quantity, brought or taken away) in set adiobathyc conditions. Calculations of processes of different DW full combustion and pyrolysis are executed. There is updated and ready to use the thermogravitational unit with the higher weight of the sample (to 40g).
