The aim of the work is consist in theoretical and experimental validation of service life ensuring allowable stresses dependence from typical flight profile parameters, characteristics of turbulence atmosphere and fatigue characteristics of structural material under the research of reaction of airplane dynamic model interaction with the turbulence atmosphere. The object of research work is airplane wing regular zones, which are designed secundum to the specified life with a glance of economical efficient requirements at hard mass limitations under the exploitation at the random loading. The subject of research work is the process of fatigue damage cumulative in the regular zones of the structure at specified mass and inertia parameters during the typical flight. The finite element method, which is supplemented by analytical dependences, is used to find stress-strain state. Damage force factors analysis is made with help of probabilistic and statistic method that is based on mathematical modeling of dynamic loading process. Bending and torsion moments flight data processing is made with help of CAD. The developed methods for calculations of allowable stresses, durability and resource of wing structure parts are checked using experimental and theoretical methods. The development of new method of service life ensuring allowable stresses calculation for airplane wing regular zones is the scientific newness of this research work. Method includes typical flight profile of the plane, scheme of atmosphere turbulence, characteristics of material endurance. Also method gives the possibility take into account mean stress changing during the typical flight in conformity with fuel usage, intake and discharging of water analytically without the supplementary experimental researches. The method foundations could be used at allowable stresses analysis for the irregular zones on the step of airplane designing. The obtained dependences of allowable stresses for regular zones from required resource permit to make the analysis and correct the parameters of typical flight profile in terms of cumulative fatigue damage.
