G. Yanovsky popup.description2 Object: patients with co-infection tuberculosis/HIV. Aim: increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy. Methods: clinical, radiological, laboratory, microbiological. Аlmost all of patients was widespread tuberculosis process, in 60,0 % - a destructive and sputum positive, in 61,9 % - advanced immunodeficiency. The primary drug resistance have 23,3 %, including MDR - 6,8 %. The standard chemotherapy regimens were not enough effectiveness for treatment, has been cured 51,7 % of patients. Antituberculosis chemotherapy leads to temporary improvement of immunity. In 61,5 % of patients develop of the syndrome restore function of the immune system which kills 9,6 % of patients. When prescribing ART to patients with severe immunodeficiency survival rate is 4 times higher. ART therapy does not significantly increase the number of adverse events (13,6%), but significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment 1,8 times. Designed short regimen of antituberculosis chemotherapy with including moxifloxacin, which allows to increase by 37,5 % effective chemotherapy compared with standard modes and assign ART more patients with advanced immunedeficiency at the end of the intensive phase of chemotherapy (93,3 % vs. 63,3 %).
