The research goal is to calculate the parameters of the liquid and jet control system during the development work and operation considering the gas saturation of propellant components, pressure drop and hydraulic shocks in starting, operation and stopping the Cyclon-4 LV cruise engine third stage. The research method is a mathematical simulation. The existing procedures and software for calculating flows of gas-saturated fluids through manifolds as applied to conditions of operation of a liquid and jet system are adapted. The parametric calculations for conditions determined by the initial data and graph of the stand development work of a liquid and jet system in conjunction with the cruise engine operation are done. According to the results of calculations, conditions are revealed when the effects of gas releasing can lead to the bend of the thrust pulse. Conditions of a possible formation of gas locks at inlets of control units and magnitudes of possible delays of control units starting are examined. The research results are used for the stand development work of a liquid and jet system and analysis of its operation under flight conditions.
