Result of the work is an overview of world analogues subsystems collection, processing and analysis of data of the analytical system RS SCU and their architecture analysis, the analysis of user requirements on the decision makers (DM) level, in the analytical information and online services, analysis of existing internal sources of the analytical information in the parliament, their data structure, creating demands on their adaptation to integrate with the subsystem of the collection, processing and analysis. There are formulated and substantiated the list of mathematical methods and algorithms that must be implemented in the subsystems of data collection, processing and analysis of the analytical system RS SCU and IIAS "Electronic Parliament" in general.
