Search of the most effective bactericidal coatings is spent. The samples were made, a series of samples with coatings is obtained, and the ionic irra-diation of samples is spent. Settlement by is shown, that for activity strengthening photocatalytic bactericidal processes it is possible to increase a thickness of implant coating. The potentiometer technique allows making the previous estimation of implant quality. By the potentiometer method it is shown, that the best photocatalytic properties have films which receive at pressure of oxygen 0,26 Pa. In this case films have anatase structure; the condensate structure is close to stoichiometrical one. During performance of scientific research concerning medical and biologic properties of samples of the titan with the developed coatings concerning an establishment of their biological safety, biocompatibility, not toxicity and presence of bactericidal properties it is established, that titanic implants with coatings on the basis of the titanium oxide with introduction in their struc-ture of ions Cr + and Мo + find out the expressed bactericidal properties concerning St.aureus and E.coli. The developed coatings are biocompatible; they do not render catatonic action on culti-vated fibroblasts, withdrawn of a bone brain, on cellular structure of hypodermically fatty fabric and on reorganization of a bone fabric. Investigated coatings have high adhesive and osteointe-gration properties at implantation in a bone. From investigated titanic samples with coatings the most perspective for practical use in branch of creation orthopedic implants are coatings with adding in structure of titanium oxide ions Мо +.
