The aim of the work is to determine the biological activity of the studied compounds in relation to the influenza virus, herpesvirus, clinical isolates of bacteria and fungi of genus Candida. The aim of the work is to determine the correlation between chemical composition of compounds and their antimicrobial action, select the perspective substances for preclinical and clinical investigations with the subsequent possible their clinical use. In the work we used microbiological and virological methods of research. It was determined that MIC of the compounds for clinical isolates of microorganisms, mainly, was in corelation with the values of MIC for museum strains of bacteria and fungi of the genus Candida; the most antibacterial and antimycotic activity showed the substance with adamantan components; antiviral action had substances with acyclic components in alcoxi group; substances with a cyclic compounds in alcoxi group have shown no antimicrobial action.
