The specific adsorption of hydrogen on the surface of the pores of boron-containing CM (BCM) increases from 10.4 (CM without boron) to 14.0 mkg/m2. Adsorption of hydrogen in BCM is within 1.1 - 1.6% by weight and it depends on the method of synthesis and content of boron in the CM. The effect of hydrogen adsorption energy increasing was detected, due to the inclusion of boron in the carbon skeleton. Developed methods for the synthesis of nanodimension titanium dioxide, which are inherent additional structural lability increasing leverage of protons on the Hrothusa mechanism, and maintaining the structure "percolation cluster" in mesoscopic ordering of their hydrophilic channels in polymer membranes with high moisture. The prospects of change in the morphology of nanostructures of titanium dioxide as additives to increase the efficiency of proton membrane fuel cells have shown.
